About

Our organization was founded by parents of children with upper limb differences. While there are some organizations in existence with a similar focus there were none on Long Island.

We decided to meet informally for the first time in April 2003. The parents then met in June and decided to formalize the group and agreed to incorporate and our name was born "Unlimbited Possibilities". We had a picnic in July of 2003 in which thirty-six people attended.

We were incorporated as a Not-For-Profit corporation in August of 2003.

It is our desire to assist as many families as possible with the challenges of upper limb differences. We are based in Long Island, New York but welcome families from anywhere.
